1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Atelier Corten. Full company details are listed on our Impressum page. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What data we collect

When you use our contact, booking or simulator-access forms, we collect the information you provide: your name and surname, email address, telephone number, company name (if given), preferred language, the type and timeline of your project, and the content of your message. For appointment requests we also store the requested date, time and location. We record your consent and, where given, your marketing opt-in, together with the page you came from and basic source information (for example a campaign tag in the link).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use this data to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange consultations and manage our project relationship with you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

4. Where your data is stored

Submitted enquiries are stored in spreadsheet and email systems provided by Google (Google Workspace / Google Sheets), which act as our processors. This may involve transfer outside the EU under the safeguards Google provides. We do not sell your data.

5. Who can access it

Your data is accessed only by Atelier Corten and the service providers acting on our instructions. We disclose data to third parties only where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting project relationship, and then delete it. You may ask us to delete your data sooner or withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use analytics or third-party advertising cookies. It uses your browser’s local storage only to remember your chosen language and, in the booking tool, to keep your in-progress selections on your own device. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).

9. Contact

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page.
