03 — 3D Scanning
The site, captured to the millimetre.
Precision laser scanning of the site. Every gradient, every existing structure, every root zone captured to millimetre accuracy before fabrication begins. No surprises on installation day.

04 — Technical Drawing
Every joint detailed before cutting begins.
Full engineering drawings, fabrication specifications and structural calculations. Every joint, every weld, every fixing detailed before a single plate is cut. BIM-compatible files provided for architect coordination.

05 — Logistics
Coordinated. Communicated. On time.
Delivery coordination with your contractor, trade scheduling and weekly progress reporting. You always know exactly where your project stands. One point of contact throughout.

06 — Implementation
Fabricated with precision. Installed without disruption.
Precision fabrication in our workshop followed by professional installation. Every element checked against the technical drawings before it leaves the workshop. Installation managed to minimise disruption to the site.

07 — Maintenance
We stay responsible for what we create.
Annual patina inspection, cleaning guidance and weathering advice. Corten steel needs no maintenance after stabilisation — but we are always available if you have questions. For decades.
